Jim & Linda Risser

Jim Risser is a farmer living in southeast Minnesota that bought and outside wood burner and needed help in processing the wood for the burner. Jim saw a skidloader logsplitter at the State Fair a couple of years ago and decided that's what he wanted. He researched the parts and built one for himself. It worked so well, Jim wanted to share the idea with others who don't want to operate the traditional logsplitters and lift huge logs onto the splitter. Now Jim sits on his skidloader and never has to lift a piece of wood. The logsplitter picks up the log, transports it to the storage location and splits it in one operation. Jim makes sure the logsplitters are sturdy enough to handle a BIG piece of wood.
